Our 1v1 sessions are highly concentrated and focused on the athletes overall development. We emphasize fundamentals and high IQ basketball. These sessions will consist of high repetition drills and one on one reads.

Small Group Training

Intensive workshops designed for athletes seeking to elevate their game through specialized training. This is a perfect combination of still having hands on attention while still being in a group setting.

Our unique coaching style allows athletes to maximize their time during these group sessions. These sessions are designed to help athletes understand team dynamics and to learn how to apply their training to a competitive enviornment.
